Delivery and access
AI Orchestra is supplied as a digital product: delivery means providing the 30-day Pro license, installer, and instructions without physical shipping.
Delivery channel
Access is provided in the account area and/or sent to the e-mail address specified during registration or ordering.
Timing
Digital access is usually provided after payment confirmation. The license is valid for 30 calendar days from the key issue date. If payment or key issuance requires manual review, support contacts the buyer through the contact e-mail.
Physical shipment
No physical shipment is performed. Postal or carrier shipping fees are not charged.
Activation in the app
After installing the application, open license settings, enter the received key, and perform online activation. If activation fails, contact support.
If the e-mail did not arrive
Check the spam folder and the e-mail address in the account. If access does not appear, contact support with the order e-mail and payment date.
Delivery cost
There is no separate delivery cost; it is included in the digital license price.
