Order and payment data
To process a purchase, we may store order number, amount, currency, payment status, operation date, and payment provider service identifiers. Full bank card data is not stored on the site.
Licensing data
For license activation and validation, we may process the license key, technical device identifier, application version, activation date, and license status.
Support data
When contacting support, we process e-mail address, message text, technical details voluntarily provided by the user, and correspondence history.
Processing purposes
Data is used for registration, authentication, order fulfillment, license delivery, abuse prevention, error diagnostics, support, and compliance with mandatory legal requirements.
Third-party sharing
Data may be shared with the payment provider, hosting provider, e-mail service, and other processors only to the extent required for payment, digital delivery, support, and security.
AI providers
Third-party AI provider API keys are configured by the user in the local application. The site should not require the user to provide those keys to purchase a license.
Data protection
Passwords are stored only as hashes. Data access is limited to the server application and persons who need it for order servicing and support.
User rights
The user may request clarification, correction, or deletion of data where this does not conflict with mandatory retention requirements by writing to the site contact e-mail.
