Public offer for entering into an agreement to use the AI Orchestra Pro digital product for 30 days.
This offer is the Seller’s official public proposal to enter into an agreement on the terms set out on this page. The offer is published at https://ai-orchestra.ru and is addressed to persons who wish to purchase the digital AI Orchestra Pro license. Payment for an order, placing an order, entering purchase details, or any other explicit action aimed at purchasing the Pro license is deemed full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
Seller means the person specified in this offer details. Buyer means a person who accepts this offer. Site means https://ai-orchestra.ru. Product means the local Windows application AI Orchestra and related materials. License means a non-exclusive right to use AI Orchestra Pro functionality for 30 calendar days. License key means a digital activation code.
The Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive right to use AI Orchestra Pro within a 30-calendar-day Pro license and provides access to the installer, setup instructions, and support materials. Exclusive rights to the Product are not transferred to the Buyer.
The Product is delivered digitally only. No physical shipment, boxed edition, paper media, or packaging is provided. Access to the Product is provided through the account area and/or the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
The agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer accepts this offer. Acceptance includes payment, placing an order through the site, entering data to receive the license, or contacting support with an intent to purchase the license.
The price of the 30-day Pro license is 465 ₽. Payments are made cashless through the payment service shown on the checkout page or through support if the payment gateway is temporarily unavailable. The license term starts on the license key issue date unless the order explicitly states otherwise.
After payment confirmation, the Buyer receives the license key and installer access through the account area and/or e-mail. If key issuance requires manual review, support contacts the Buyer by e-mail. No separate delivery fee is charged.
Activation uses the license key and a technical device identifier. The license is valid for 30 calendar days and only within the permitted terms and device limit specified for the purchase. Attempts to bypass technical license restrictions are prohibited.
The Seller must provide digital access after payment confirmation, provide necessary product information, maintain the licensing mechanism within technical capabilities, and provide support for installation, activation, and licensing. The Seller may refuse service in case of false data, abuse of rights, license terms violation, or attempts to bypass restrictions.
The Buyer has the right to receive paid digital access and information required to use the license. The Buyer must provide accurate data, pay for the order, use the license only for their own purposes, and not transfer the key to third parties without written permission from the Seller.
The Pro license price does not include OpenAI, xAI, Mistral, Yandex, or other AI provider usage. The Buyer connects their own API keys and pays those providers according to their pricing. Restrictions, blocks, outages, or pricing changes of third-party services are not a breach of this offer by the Seller.
Refunds are governed by this offer, the "Refund and cancellation" page, and applicable law. Before access delivery, the Buyer may request order cancellation. After access delivery and successful activation of the digital license, refunds are generally not provided, except where a material technical Product issue is confirmed and cannot be resolved by support within a reasonable time.
The Seller processes personal data for registration, payment, license delivery, support, abuse prevention, and compliance with mandatory legal requirements. Detailed data processing terms are set out in the Privacy policy. The parties must not disclose confidential information obtained during agreement performance except as required by law or necessary for payment, digital delivery, and support.
The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure, including government actions, infrastructure failures, epidemics, emergencies, network blocks, communication outages, fires, natural disasters, and other circumstances that the parties could not reasonably prevent.
The parties are liable in accordance with this offer and applicable law. The Seller is not responsible for inability to use the Product caused by the Buyer lacking a compatible device, internet access, third-party provider API keys, restrictions imposed by such providers, or the Buyer’s failure to follow installation and activation instructions.
The offer becomes effective upon publication on the site and remains valid until changed or withdrawn by the Seller. The Seller may change the offer terms by publishing the current version on the site. The agreement with the Buyer remains in effect until the parties fully perform their obligations.
The agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. The parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiations and mandatory pre-trial contact by e-mail. If a dispute is not resolved, it is settled in accordance with Russian law. The offer and party communications are in Russian.
